Eric B. Kingsley,a graduate of Loyola Law School has concentrated his practice on "wagelaw" for over 8 years. He has litigated cases in state and federalcourt and has authored several appellate briefs.

Eric iscurrently handling dozens of class actions regarding the failure toprovide meal and rest breaks, overtime and other issues underCalifornia law.  He is also involved with Pharmaceuticalovertime litigation in federal court in California, New Jersey, NewYork, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. These cases involve the failure to pay overtime to Pharmaceutical Representatives.

Inaddition to his time at work, Eric dedicates his time to severalnon-profit organizations. He advises them on both legal and otherissues.
